Use synthetic data only
These tools are demonstrations. They are built for invented data, and you should not upload a real client statement, slip, ledger or return. Uploads are capped at 10 MB.
What happens to files
Investment Book Keeping and TaxGen run on Cloudflare's servers. What you generate or upload is kept in a temporary folder for your session and deleted within an hour. The server runs wherever Cloudflare places it, which may be outside Canada.
TaxGen Filer runs in your browser. The documents you take in or drop on it stay on your device.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Investment Book Keeping and TaxGen each set a session cookie so your work stays separate from other visitors' work. Neither is used for tracking.
Visit statistics
This site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. The tools themselves send no analytics.
